Starting today, 29 July, until 30 July at 365 S Mission Road, in Los Angeles, Preface is a fabric trend show that brings innovative concepts and sourcing together, presenting a showcase of textiles that aim to offer a better alternative to conventional materials.

The show was launched in 2018 with the goal of building relationships and creating a space to inspire the fashion community differently and gather a small group of makers and suppliers all focused on sustainability. 

The show happens twice a year and offers suppliers and makers the possibility to start conversations with industry innovators, an interactive forum featuring color and trend directions, and networking occasions, as part of a program presented in partnership with Denim Dudes, Here/After, and Brew Creative.

It will host about 30 exhibitors, including, among others, 496 Fabric Lab, Calik Denim, Desert Studio, Isko, Maritas, Mount Vernon, Naia, Pioneer Denim, and Realtek.
