Renzo Rosso, the visionary entrepreneur and founder of the Diesel jeans and lifestyle brand and the OTB fashion and luxury holding company, will star in a movie about himself.

“Be Brave”—that is the title—will have its world premiere at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, as part of the Official Selection – Open, Out of Competition.

The film, produced by Our Films—a company of the Mediawan group—and Our AI, was directed by Francesco Carrozzini, a photographer and filmmaker who is the son of Franca Sozzani, the renowned editor-in-chief of Vogue Italia.

The film highlights the audacity of someone who knows how to be a nonconformist and, as a result, has created a holding company whose name embodies the life and work philosophy of this world-renowned entrepreneur—“OTB-Only The Brave.”

The film was created using AI, one of the most talked-about technologies, in keeping with Rosso’s style and the provocative spirit that has marked every moment of his career, inviting everyone to break the rules and “be brave.”
