Leading professionals from the Italian and international retail and business worlds will soon gather in Milan for IKN Italy’s Forum Retail to network and discover the latest trends for growing their businesses and relationships.

The event will take place on November 11–12 at Superstudio Più, located at Via Tortona 27, as part of the 26th edition of one of the largest events for the retail community.

In a global context where the sector is undergoing increasingly rapid transformation—with AI reshaping processes, demand evolving at breakneck speed, and pressure on margins growing ever stronger—Forum Retail aims to address these challenges and explore the most suitable tech tools to tackle them.

The event is organized by IKN Italy, a company that for 38 years has been organizing training programs and inspirational business and networking events to support the professional growth of managers and companies.

Every year, over 1,500 retailers gather in Milan to discuss which tools help their businesses grow, learn from those who have already achieved concrete results, and build the connections that make a difference.

The upcoming edition will feature over 300 prominent figures, entrepreneurs, and experts from various sectors—including fashion & luxury, pharma & healthcare, food & beverage, large-scale retail, banking & insurance—as well as 150 companies specializing in technology.

Among the speakers already confirmed are Roberta Benaglia (Style Capital/Autry), Enzo Fusco (Blauer), and Claudio Betti (Spinnaker), along with other speakers.

Moderating the round tables will be top journalists, including, Maria Cristina Pavarini, founder, Alive’N’Kiki.

IKN Italy’s conventions are proving successful. In 2025 they celebrated the Forum Retail’s 25th anniversary edition hosting keynote speakers including Antonio De Matteis, CEO of Kiton and president, Pitti Immagine, among others.

Furthermore, they are recalling attention also at international level by hosting other similar international events. As part of its calendar, on 15 July they held one in Mexico City, to be followed by a Barcelona convention on 22 October 2026 and Madrid in March 2027.
