Despite the highly challenging situation the textile and apparel sector is facing, the company—founded in 1959 by Luigi Pezzoli near Bergamo—reported revenues of €95 million in 2025, in line with 2024, and recently presented its fifth Sustainability Report, achieving significant new targets.
The company currently employs 549 people, 89.4% of whom are on permanent contracts. The data also confirms the company’s focus on occupational health and safety recorded zero serious accidents in 2025.
In terms of customer relations, Sitip maintains a customer satisfaction rating of 3.5 out of 4, while environmental indicators show concrete progress in terms of efficiency and reduced environmental impact through the expansion of its photovoltaic plant, continued investment in the wastewater treatment plant using MBBR technology, and the ongoing development of sustainable products and circular economy solutions, confirming research and innovation as strategic drivers for the Group, in addition to obtaining various key certifications for companies in this sector.
