In this context, at the end of May 2026, Aeffe and Pollini filed a petition with the Court of Bologna to obtain judicial authorization for Aeffe to enter into a €20 million loan agreement with illimity Bank to cover Aeffe’s liquidity needs. Despite that no information has been provided regarding the outcome of the hearing scheduled for June 17, 2026.
