Intertex Milano has a new owner

A view of Milan

Intertex Milano, the international trade show that brings together key players in the textile industry from around the world, has a new owner—Italian Fair Service. The company is taking over from Georges Papa, an expert textile industry insider who has managed the event for years and will continue to operate as the event’s sales director.

Italian Fair Service is a company that has been organizing approximately 100 trade shows a year in 56 countries for 25 years across various sectors, including consumer goods, technology, industry, fashion, food, health, and safety, serving over 4,000 clients. The owner and founder of Italian Fair Service is Diego Costanzo, a long-time insider in the fashion industry.

The next edition of the fair will take place from July 7 to 9 in Milan, at the Milan Marriott Hotel, located at Via Washington 66, and will host approximately 60 companies.

The event serves as a strategic commercial platform for sourcing high-quality fabrics, accessories, and innovative materials, offering a comprehensive overview of industry trends and new creative directions.

A wide range of products will be on display, spanning fabrics for women’s and men’s apparel, shirts, kidswear, casualwear, and beachwear, available in a variety of natural and cutting-edge materials.

“We want the event to provide an opportunity for networking and to enable companies to enter or consolidate their presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic textile markets,” commented Diego Costanzo, founder of Italian Fair Service.

“The power of trade shows is undeniable. Participating in a trade show is an investment—for the company, for the entrepreneur, and for their employees. Since 2000, we have been working alongside companies and institutions to offer our services, expertise, and experience at international trade shows,” added Nicolò Costanzo, managing director.
