Gruppo Florence confirms management changes: Kiss becomes president, Ciafrei becomes CEO, Manzari is general manager

As previously reported by aliveandkiki.com, Gruppo Florence, a platform that promotes Italian manufacturing excellence in the luxury sector, has made changes to its management structure to support a new phase of growth and development for the Group. Attila Kiss becomes president of the group. Fabrizio Ciafrei, formerly general manager, is the new CEO, while Michele Manzari, formerly CFO, assumes the role of general manager.

Founded in 2020 with three production facilities, Gruppo Florence is now Italy’s leading integrated manufacturing hub serving luxury brands on an international scale, with 35 manufacturing workshops spread across nine Italian regions, approximately 4,500 Employees and active partnerships with over 100 international brands.

Attila Kiss has led Gruppo Florence since taking the helm as CEO in 2020 and contributed to the foundation and growth of the industrial platform; he will continue to support the Group in his capacity as Chairman.

With over 25 years of international experience gained in executive roles at Luxottica, Loro Piana, and Save The Duck, Ciafrei will lead the next phase of growth as Chief Executive Officer. Michele Manzari, formerly Chief Financial Officer, will contribute to the Group’s development, organizational evolution, and integration as General Manager. Manzari is a manager with extensive experience in the fashion, luxury, and manufacturing sectors, having worked at companies such as Etro, where he oversaw internationalization and development processes.
