How Kingpins Amsterdam will pay its tribute to Adriano Goldschmied

Adriano Goldschmied (ph. Kingpins)

The next edition of Kingpins Amsterdam is ready to start for its next edition filled with novelties and projects. The event will take the stage and recall the global denim and jeanswear scene on April 15-16 at SugarFactory, Amsterdam.

Key event of the edition will be a tribute to visionary denim maker Adriano Goldschmied, who has passed away recently (LINK). The remembering will take place within the show on April 15 at 4pm and will be lead by Vivian Wang, CEO Kingpins.

The show is also collecting stories, memories, and reflections about how Adriano Goldschmied shaped the denim industry for the better.

These stories will be shared at the upcoming Kingpins Show in Amsterdam — and with Adriano’s family, as well.

To share these memories, anyone can do it at this LINK by submitting a photo, a written note, a video, or a voice recording by Thursday, April 9, 2026.

Among other novelties of the show there will be some changes in its opening hours as on the first day. The first seminar, the Be Disobedient forecast will also kick off the earlier, at 10:30am.
